Pharmacy Management 

CytoPlan is the OMM module to receive, store, and process physician orders, ensuring safe, accurate, timely treatment.

Once drug orders are routed to the proper location, the CytoPlan module receives them as real-time requests and arranges optimized work plans, while tracking the entire production process to ensure compliance with standards of care. 

 

During the preparation phase, CytoPlan organizes, in advance, the medications necessary for the planned therapies, thereby reducing the time required to retrieve products before the daily activities even begin.  It also stores all prescribing and dispensing information to streamline the process on future visits.  There will no longer be the need to use paper-based documentation systems to manage ongoing therapies.

CytoPlan ensures that preparation process is finalized with an accurate, consistent labeling procedure, using the traditional barcode or advanced solutions, such as the RFID tag and two-dimensional digital stamps.

CytoPlan may be used to manage a traditional (manual) drug preparation process or may be further integrated with an automated compounding solution such as the Health Robotics CytoCare or IV-Station robots.
